Trainees will Learn, practice, and teach the following:

- Study a complete Yoga Class to be offer to elderly students, pregnant women, students with injuries, and beginners.
- Understand common injuries and how to treat them with Thai Massage techniques and aligned yoga postures.
- Study in depth yoga anatomy: Understand how muscles, tendons and ligaments function in yoga posses, as well as understanding the physicality of common injuries.
- Yin Yoga Module and Experiential Practice.
- Yoga and Daily Recommendations for Depression and Anxiety.
- An in depth study of Chakra therapeutic recommendations and Techniques.
-Pranayama (breath exercises) for specific imbalances.
- Experimentally learn how to guide others in cleansing and detox, through your own experience with Liver, Gallbladder and Colon Cleanses as well as Learning Ayurvedic Kriyas (Cleansing Techniques).
- Restorative and Detox Yoga.
- Healthy Yogic Diet, practice preparing healthy recipes and juices for your own health and the well being of your clients.
- Learn how to understand a client holistically and provide them with an outlined therapy plan.
-The Four Principles for Yoga as a Therapeutic Tool.
- Guideposts for the therapeutic relationship.
- Learn how to support your students in bringing inspiration and yoga into their everyday lives.
- Apply Kinesiology Tape, for common injuries to relieve pain.
- Attend daily yoga classes focused on alignment principles, healing pain, and keeping the body pain free.
- Attend Daily Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) Sessions.
- Daily Yoga Philosophy Classes focused to help guide us towards spiritual alignment and self-empowerment.

During the training we recommend following a vegetarian diet, no alcohol, or smoking.

The ancient Science of Yoga has many therapeutic tools to help clients,friends and family members is this emerging field.. Yoga sessions are centered in the health and wellness of each individual at every level: physic, physiological, spiritual. Is a path of healing and transformation in order to bring balance to the mind and body, helping us find happiness, inner peace and awareness is our daily routines.

Our health is a mixture of a balance of mind and body and our emotional health affects our physical health. These Yoga Sessons develop awareness of the body and mind. They provide a better comprehension of how to help the body by acknowledging emotions and ways of thinking and by giving a practical approach to develop a good state of health.

These sessions help people improve their health by implementing the principles of yoga through the practice of: asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation, mantras, meditation, massages, diet, and orientation on the art of life.

For example: a back pain caused by an unhealthy posture and aggravated by stress, can be treated with breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation to reduce stress, as well as asanas, ktape and massages to remove physical pain.

Holistic Yoga Sessions have been used with success to help control and treat illness like: stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, migraines, back pains, diabetes, hypertension, heart illness, digestive problems, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, asthma and others. It promotes specific changes in the muscles, joints and organs.

Every year medical research gives us more proven information about the efficacy of a holistic Yoga Practice. Patients can apply a Holistic Yoga plan in combination with specific medical treatments. These therapies are safe and without any secondary effects or other contraindications.

About the Head Instructor:
Syam Vallabhi Devi Dasi  (Samantha Miller)
USA/Colombia

International Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Syam Vallabhi encountered yoga in 2001 and since then has dedicated her life to the studying and teaching of Yoga, The Healing Arts and Yoga Philosophy all around the world. As a Senior Teacher with the Bhakti Yoga School and founder of the 500hr Teacher Training Program,  Syam Vallabhi runs international teacher trainings in Colombia, Peru and India. She is the co-founder and director of the Yogendra Eco- Ashram in Cali, Colombia (www.yogashramcali.com)

Throughout her intensive yoga study, Syam Vallabhi has completed the Teacher Trainings of Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga and is E-RYT 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Her other certifications include, Ayurveda, Reiki, Breema, Craneo Sacral Therapy and Zen Thai Shiatsu. She is certified in Traditional Thai Massage by The Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Thai Yoga Massage by Jennifer Yarro.  Syam Vallabhi is devoted to her path as a Bhakti Yogini, to her Teachers Gurudeva Atulananda Acarya Majaraj and Chaitanya Nitai Das, and to sharing transformative tools in order to empower others to align with their life purpose and true happiness.

She humbly offers from her heart what she continues to learn from her practice, her teachers and all the beings she meets on her journeys.


About the Course Director:
Chaitanya Nitai Das
USA/Peru

International Director of the Bhakti Yoga School, Chaitanya has been in the field of yoga from a young age and has lived in ashrams and monasteries in Southamerica, USA and India. He has been practicing and teaching Bhakti Yoga and Mantra meditation for many years and is initiated in the traditions of the Indian Vedic Culture by his Divine master S. Atulananda A. Chaitanya is certified by " Its Yoga" USA and is a E-RYT 500 hours with the Yoga Alliance.

He has also studied with Pattabhi Jois, Larry Schultz, Reed Taylor,and John Friend. He has studied Vedic Astrology and is certified in India by the "AIFAS" with the title of "Jyotish Sastracharya". Currently, he is the director of the Yoga Teacher Trainings Program and has taught over 75 yoga teacher trainings in the last 12 years.
